Plastic, blue polyester
An alternative cut-up board which is cheaper than the traditional cork. Made from a very firm blue polyester, this board has a smooth surface which is easily cleaned and a consistency which will not blunt the scalpel blades or knives used in the cut-up. 500 x 300 x 20mm.
